Description
Since first seeing daylight in 2017, the Nerdrum Shirt has become our most beloved and best-selling piece.
Timeless in character, it embodies the essence of classical aesthetics. Inspired by the enduring spirit of the traditional poet’s shirt, the design is elegant, understated, and versatile — a true homage to an ageless garment.
For this spring edition, the shirt is reintroduced in an exceptionally soft linen and viscose blend. The refined fabric gives the garment a lighter, more fluid drape, allowing it to fall effortlessly and elegantly on the body while preserving its timeless character.
This unisex piece transcends trends and seasons — designed to be worn and treasured for years to come.
NOTE: Production time is approximately 1–4 weeks.

About the designer
Eline Dragesund is the Nerdrum family's personal tailor and the founder of The Kitsch Collection.
Her primary inspiration for clothing is the subculture of Odd Nerdrum's painting school, as well as Ancient Greece. She despises modern body-shape solutions like zippers and polyester, and prefers classical solutions such as linen, draped around the body.
In recent years, she has worked mostly with men.
"With every man that I've worked with, he comes to me and says: 'I cannot find what I am looking for. Can you help me?'"
As a result of the lack of varied design, she sees the need for "an alternative, elegant clothing style for men."
The guidelines for Dragesund's brand are the same as those for kitsch painters: good handcraft, a toned down palette and a timeless mark.
We just want people to dress more beautifully. That is why 90% of the profits from sales of clothes at Nerdrum.com go directly to the tailor Eline Dragesund.
